Tai Chi grew from these roots as a graceful, flowing martial art often described as “meditation in motion.” Together, they invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
In this six- to eight-week class, you’ll learn:
• The basics of Tai Chi and Qigong movements—beautiful, slow, continuous sequences anyone can do.
• How movement becomes meditation—a way to calm the mind while strengthening the body.
• The dance within Tai Chi—exploring how certain movements can translate beautifully into graceful, dance-like expressions.
