The Cookery and Bleeding Heart Brewery are joining forces for another "Booze n Food" barrel-aged dinner. This time, Zack and Mason will hit the road and head to Seward to team up with the killer crew at The Cookery for an extremely limited, five-course dinner paired with some of our vintage barrel-aged beers. With TWO Reservation blocks available (5pm and 7:30pm), but ONLY 30 tickets per seating, you do not want to wait around and miss out!
MENU:
- First course is a Compressed melon salad w/ radish & melon jus. Paired w/ our 2023 "See You Never", an IPA aged in an Elijah Craig bourbon barrel - 8.5%
- Second Course is a seeded rye tartine w/ whipped ricotta, blood orange, arugula, fennel, & candied hazelnut. Paired w/ our 2024 "Ahura Mazda", an Orange blossom mead aged in a 1792 bourbon barrel - 10.7%
- Third course is a braised duck tortellini w/ lemongrass broth & Thai basil. Paired w/ our 2024 "All Trash Burns", a winter warmer aged in a Maker's Mark bourbon barrel - 7.6%
- Fourth course is a beef shank molé w/ nixtamal grits, vegetable escabeche, & a peanut salsa seca. Paired w/ our 2024 "Ojo Rojo: Crudo", an Imperial Mexican red ale brewed w/ roasted peppers & aged in an Oaxacan Mezcal barrel - 9%
- Fifth course is a sticky toffee pudding w/ banana ice cream. Paired w/ our 2024 "Robert Paulson", a British burton ale aged in an Ezra Brooks bourbon barrel. - 10%
