About this Event
This ultimate "energy healing" experience uses 3 approaches to help you relax. reconnect and heal from your unique human experience.
This afternoon begins with a slow-flow yoga class and is followed by a Sound Bath and Reiki.
Renee Cohen
With her calming presence and 200 CYT education, Renee’s yoga classes are nurturing, creative and soothing. Her love for yoga is clear in her teachings as she reminds clients to breathe, reflect, and practice an authentic approach to self-love. As she guides the body through stretches and flows, her loving presence helps the mind unwind.
Renee had her first sound bath experience years ago on a trip to Michigan. She was so moved by the power of the vibrations she knew she wanted to incorporate this into her practice. Renee uses the power of crystal singing bowls to promote a peaceful and meditative state.
Kelly McCully
With a profound belief in the body's innate ability to heal itself, Kelly McCully is a Usui Reiki Level 3 Reiki Master, Certified Animal Reiki Master Teacher, and holistic wellness practitioner committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards balance and connection. Kelly began her path in holistic healing after a life-changing cancer journey, driven by a passion for energy work and its transformative power.
Clients can expect a nurturing environment where Reiki energy promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages healing. Kelly’s approach integrates traditional Usui Reiki principles with personalized techniques tailored to each individual's needs, fostering a holistic healing experience.
