Each gathering begins with guided grounding and meditation, creating a safe environment to experience various healing modalities, including Reiki, Tapping (EFT), sound, and breathwork. This ceremonial circle is for like-hearted individuals—not a training session, but a chance to connect and remember that healing flows both ways.
