Join us at Wren Haven Spiritual Center for a relaxing evening of Vibro-acoustic sounds to relax the mind and the spirit.
We will start with some breath work and then ease into a beautiful, gentle brief guided meditation as sounds of nature and vibrations relax you. Let the loving and gentle energy of Reiki flow over you. This is all about YOU!
