Located at Grounded32, a nonprofit for mindfulness and creativity.
This class is hosted and facilitated by Shylo on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is a fun, unique yoga class that involves intention setting and free-flowing, rhythmic movements to release old energy. Good vibes all around! All levels are welcome. We have a few mats to borrow if you don't have your own. Please bring a towel for knee support and body cooling. Hope to see you there!
Suggested $10 tip to the facilitator to reimburse her for her donation to the non-profit facility.
