Start your week on Monday with a gentle reset or ease into Thursday feeling grounded, clear, and energised.
Join me for weekly Dru Yoga classes at KyndFolk in the community room above the café in Gheluvelt Park. These accessible sessions are designed to help you move your body, steady your mind and feel more like yourself again.
Think of these sessions as a simple pause in the week. An opportunity to wake up a little earlier, move gently, breathe deeply and step into the rest of your day feeling like you’ve already done something really good for yourself. You’ve had a nourishing start and the whole day feels more spacious from there.
Whether you’re looking for a calm start to the week or a steadier rhythm before the day begins, these sessions offer a welcoming and supportive space to reset.
Weekly Classes
Mondays: 8:00–8:45am, £5
A shorter, quieter start to the week. Perfect if you’d like a gentle reset before the day begins.
Thursdays: 8:00–9:00am, £7
A longer class with a lovely regular group already forming. A few spaces still available.
What to expect
These Dru Yoga classes are gentle, accessible,and designed to help you feel better in your body without needing to be flexible, fit or experienced.
