In this yoga/qigong fusion experience we will learn how to weave qigong teachings into our yoga practice. Both lineages blend beautifully together and are tools to feel into our life force energy. We will begin with a short introduction then move into the yoga/qigong warm ups and sequences that focus on organ health, the elements and sound healing through mantra. We will end our time together with a longer savasana, feeling the beautiful vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. This offering is suitable for all levels.
