Led by the incredible Stephanie Read, who has studied the healing aspects of yoga since 1998 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2009, you’ll be in expert hands. Stephanie is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and DONA certified birth doula, bringing a wealth of knowledge in anatomy and childbirth.
