In our time together we will:

• Tune into your own energy systems and tune into how it shapes your experience
• Practice simple, grounding and heart-mind-coherence exercises to feel balanced
• Explore our multidimensional senses, as well as ways to navigate these times of change and transformation
• Connect with yourself, your senses, and the subtle energies within and around you

This workshop is for anyone curious about energy, mindfulness, and living with more presence, balance, and ease.
