How do we heal what we cannot see?
While traditional therapy focuses on the mind, Qi Gong addresses the 'stuck' energy in the body. Join Jacqueline Chan, Registered Psychotherapist and Senior Qi Gong Instructor, for a unique 60-minute exploration into the intersection of ancient movement and modern psychological healing.
What You Will Discover:
- The Mind-Body Bridge: Understanding how stress and emotional trauma manifest as physical energy blockages.
- The 'Stuck' Emotion: Why talking isn't always enough and how moving your Chi can release deep-seated anxiety.
- Clinical Meets Traditional: A look at how energy work complements modern psychotherapy for faster, deeper healing.
