SNOW Janesville announces Energy Affordability and Data Centers: What consumers should know and understand about the WI System with Tom Content. Tom is the Executive Director of the Citizens Utility Board. Citizen's Utility Board (CUB) is a small, independent nonprofit fighting for safe, reliable, and affordable utility service for homeowners, renters and small businesses across Wisconsin. Tom joined the Citizens Utility Board in 2017 after working for more than 30 years as a journalist, much of which was spent covering energy related topics. Now, he works to give a voice to residential and small business public utility customers across the state of Wisconsin.
