Learn how changes to what you eat, how you move, sleep and manage stress can decrease your fatigue from cancer treatment!
About this Event

You're done with cancer treatment, and want to get back to "normal."

You want to feel better, but are stumped about how, or you're a caregiver of someone with cancer.

Do you often wake up in a fog, desperately needing a cup (or two) of coffee before you can fully function?

Do you feel “blah,” fatigued, and lethargic at certain times of day…and lack energy to fully engage in your life?

Are you great at taking care of everyone else, but feel exhausted and drained the moment you sit down to take a break?

You’ve got important priorities to attend to…relationships that need attention…work that needs to be done…

And yet you’re too exhausted to give everything your full presence.

If you said “yes” to any of these…there may be some hidden “energy stealers” that are causing your fatigue.

In this 6 week class, learn and practice:

  • Discover why using your strengths is more powerful than beating yourself up
  • Foods and drinks you think are helping, but probably aren't
  • Why too much movement is harmful to your energy
  • Things you do before bed that are sabotaging your sleep
  • Why your stress level needs to be managed in order to have more energy, and ways to do that

This FREE class is sponsored by the C.R. Wood Cancer Center.
