Run by our very own School of Global Affairs Comms & Engagement Manager, Julia, join us for a meditation session and learn how to use the power of breath to charge your mind, body and spirit. The session will include brain training movement, ancient Pranayama breath techniques and an energised meditation. It’s time to step into your power, balance your nervous system and awaken your true self!
Note: We recommend you wear comfortable clothing. It's advised you do come to this session on an empty stomach or at least two hours after eating.
