About this Event

Feeling drained after work, social interactions, or caring for others?

You’re not imagining it — and you’re not alone.

If you regularly absorb other people’s emotions, stress, or energy, this workshop will teach you simple, practical tools to clear what isn’t yours and restore your own balance.

This is an intimate, in-person experience limited to 15 participants to allow for deeper learning, grounding, and personalized guidance.

This Workshop Is For You If:

  • You feel emotionally or energetically exhausted after being around people
  • You work in a helping or caregiving role (social work, education, healthcare, wellness)
  • You’re an empath or highly sensitive person
  • You want to stop carrying stress that doesn’t belong to you
  • You’re curious about energy but want grounded, practical tools

What You’ll Learn

In this 3-hour experiential workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Identify when you’re carrying energy that isn’t yours
  • Protect your energy in work, relationships, and public spaces
  • Ground and restore yourself after draining interactions
  • Create a simple, energetic hygiene practice you can use daily

What to Expect

This workshop blends education, guided practices, and reflection in a calm, supportive environment.

You’ll experience:

  • Guided grounding and clearing practices
  • Practical tools you can use immediately
  • Space to reconnect with yourself and your body
  • A small group setting that allows for presence and safety

No prior experience with Reiki or energy work is required.
