Every other Monday, join a warm, welcoming sisterhood circle!
This week's focus is on surrender! A challening thing to do in our culture of hustle and control. However, this one strategy may help us all get through the holidays with a little less stress and tension. Surrender does not mean give up - it is about being in flow and trusting the universe (your divine path, your timeline, your lessons and so much more).
What to expect:
- A supportive community space of women
- Reflection and gratitude exercises
- Discussions on joy, self-love, and being present
- Gentle practices to recharge and realign your energy
- Ending with a reiki-infused sound bath to facilitate integration
