Book a complimentary endurance training consult with one of our expert coaches at Altitude Athletic Training. Whether you’re an elite racer going after a personal best or you’re new to endurance sports (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.), we can help get you closer to your goal.
Discuss your endurance goals, preferred timeframe, and current fitness level. We’ll guide you in exploring the optimal training choices tailored to endurance athletes like you and assist in charting out your upcoming strategies.
What to except from this 30-minute coach consult:
- Tour the Altitude Athletic Training facility - Toronto's first and the world's largest publicly-accessible altitude training gym.
- Step inside our high-tech altitude chamber, capable of simulating up to 11,000 ft elevation
- Meet with one of the Altitude coaches to discuss your goals, timeframe and fitness level. They'll help you learn about the best training options for you and plan next steps.
Sign up to one of the complimentary events offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and our Altitude Coaching Team will reach out via email and find a time that works for you and one of our coaches on that day.
