About this Event
We often find ourselves wishing that others would change “if only” someone or something would improve the situation. When we are already giving everything we’ve got, this cycle of blaming can feel exhausting and never-ending.
In this workshop, we will explore what the blame game looks like, how it impacts our emotions, and why it keeps us stuck. Together, we’ll discuss practical strategies to break free, identify opportunities for positive change, and learn how to make those changes happen in our lives.
