Join the Shelby County Suicide Prevention Coalition for the End the Silence 5K/Walk, a community event dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging open conversations about mental health, and supporting suicide prevention efforts in Shelby County.
Together, we will walk to honor those we have lost, support those who are struggling, and remind our community that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
