Join us for a special online event where you can take some time to reflect on the past year and celebrate your personal growth.
We will guide you through a series of reflective exercises enabling you to:

✨ Acknowledge your growth and learning.
✨ Celebrate your achievements—big or small!
This is a group session but you will work on your own. We'll invite you to share some of your highlights with the wider group, but please only share what you feel comfortable with, or nothing at all if you prefer!
Have a place ready to capture your reflections - digital or paper - and make sure you have your festive lunch with you!
