This powerhouse ensemble, featuring 13 members and a 3-horn section, electrifies every performance by weaving together high-energy dance classics from the past with contemporary hits.
With an impressive track record, Emerald City Band has graced the stages for prestigious events, including two performances at the White House for President and Mrs. Bush, as well as engagements with esteemed companies such as Ford Motor Company, Southwest Airlines, Microsoft, Super Bowl XLV, Apple, and American Airlines.
This one-of-kind party band, averages more than 300 performances a year. The Dallas Morning News, D Magazine, Knot Magazine, and AACWP voted Emerald City as “Entertainers of the Year”.
Emerald City’s ability to entertain is only rivaled by their ability to get the audience up on the dance floor. This supergroup has taken their energy all over the world, among places such as Dallas, New York, Hawaii, Europe, and South America. Emerald City has shared the stage with such artists as Martina McBride, Michael McDonald, Huey Lewis and the News, Justin Timberlake, Garth Brooks, Mariah Carey, Dan Aykroyd, Sinbad, and so forth.
Through the years, ECB has served as the wedding band for celebrity wedding holders such as Dallas Cowboys Hall-of-Famer Emmitt Smith, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, Actress Angie Harmon, and more.
