We are delighted to invite you to a truly special evening: Encore: Honouring What We’ve Grown, taking place on Friday, April 10th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in our beautiful greenhouse at the Nova Scotia Community College, Kingstec Campus.
This magical night will gather 80 guests around an elegant farmhouse table for an unforgettable culinary experience. Hosted by Darren Harvey, the evening celebrates the collaboration between campus, industry, alumni, and community partners who have supported our programs over the past 50 years.
Guests will enjoy lovely appetizers followed by a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner highlighting local businesses and artisans. The event is a true collaboration between our Culinary, Tourism, Baking & Pastry, Horticulture, Carpentry, and Electrical programs, as our greenhouse is transformed into an enchanting space that reflects creativity, partnership, and community spirit.
All proceeds from the evening will support Brigadoon Village, helping send children living with health challenges to camp. We encourage you to learn more about their meaningful work by visiting their website.
