Flamboyante Events ~ Experiential Affairs for the Wacky, Weird & Wonderful! At Flamboyante Events, we strive to create fun, entertaining and engaging venues to help promote, support, and showcase original talents in a variety of mediums! There will be strolling entertainment, theatrical/costumed attire, and embellished venue decorations to create a sense of wonder for the public.
‘Flamboyant: to attract attention because of their (person) exuberance, confidence, and stylishness / ‘Exuberance’: the quality of being full of energy, excitement, and cheerfulness; ebullience.

We are providing 10x10 spaces which include 2 chairs, Wi-Fi access, electricity access, and insurance. Vendors required to supply own tables & tablecloths/skirts (to a max. of 2 tables per booth) and must supply own electrical cords and table lighting. One vendor business per booth.
All Flamboyante Events are conducted through a juried selection process per individual event/market applied for. This helps to ensure that vendor collections are aligned with the theme and aesthetic of the events/markets to enhance the overall experience.
Vendor acceptance is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
To qualify, a portion of your collection will need to meet at least one, if not more of the following theme criteria:
1. Fun, Whimsical, Enchanting: Your collection embodies and expresses the childlike wonder of fantasy, folklore, fairytales, and the magical world.
2. Natural World Beauty: Your collection embodies and expresses the magic and beauty of our natural world, flora and fauna, wildlife, and domestic animals.
3. Avant Garde: Your collection embodies and expresses the flamboyant and extravagance of style, visual and aesthetic.
4. Take Inspiration: Your collection embodies and expresses the essence of the event/market title and theme, i.e., 'Enchanted Summer', 'Potter-Palooza', etc.
IMPORTANT: All vendors are required to display and sell collections that are:
1. Handmade: Such as wearables and collectables in a variety of mediums such as fabrics, clay, paper, etc.
2. Homemade: Such as candles, oils, soaps, lotions, etc.
3. Original: Such as visual art, illustration, graphic design, 3D modeling/sculpture, etc.
4. Independent Original Entertainment: Such as: Written Word: Your collection embodies the talents of original writings and self-publishing, i.e., poetry, short novels, zines, etc. *big house publishing is not permitted such as Penguin/Random House, etc. Indie Music: Your collection embodies the talents of original music and self-production recordings, i.e., CD's, vinyl records, etc. *big label company productions is not permitted such as Atlantic Records, etc. Podcaster: Your collection embodies the talents of original entertainment and self-production recordings *big broadcaster company productions is not permitted such as CBC, etc.
Vendor Applications Deadline: May 15, 2024.
Non-refundable vendor rates are as follows:
· $65.00 (no tax) one-day event: 10x10 space includes 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, electricity, and insurance
· $10.00 (no tax) each table rental (to a maximum 2 tables)
