Upper Valley Adult Day Care, provides compassionate daytime care for adults aged 60 and over who are living with physical or cognitive challenges, as well as individuals under 60 diagnosed with early-onset dementia. Our mission is to help every participant stay healthy, active, and connected to their community for as long as possible.
We offer a warm, secure setting where participants receive personalized health, social, and therapeutic support from a team of skilled professionals. Our focus is on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through individualized care.
