About this Event
Please join us for an evening of sound and connection as a Sunday night treat! Join certified sound practitioner, Caitlin Ryan, as they skillfully guide you through a therapeutic sound journey, featuring the enchanting tones of alchemy, frosted crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gong, and an array of other healing instruments.
These tools will help promote deep relaxation and tranquility and promote a more restful state which helps promote and turn on one's own bodies natural healing systems.
Show up early to mingle and enjoy tea and treats and get ready to get grounded. While we have blankets, bolsters, and blocks, feel free to bring anything extra like eye pillows or other plush to make it as cozy as you like. A journal can also be useful for jotting down any intentions before, or as we integrate the experience after at the end of the session.
Doors open 5:40p for tea, doors close as the event begins at 6p
