At Lotus Evolutions Wellness, we believe that healthy aging begins with the strength and vitality of the body’s structure. Muscle tone and posture play a major role in how both the face and body age over time.
As we age, many people experience sarcopenia, the gradual loss of muscle mass and strength. This loss of muscle tone is associated with poor posture, slower metabolism, reduced strength, and accelerated aging of the face and body. Supporting muscle strength and structural integrity is one of the many ways we help our clients promote long-term wellness and vitality.
