Join trauma system leaders, clinicians, and EMS professionals from across California for the 2025 California Trauma Summit - a statewide forum focused on advancing trauma and emergency care through data-driven insights, regulatory updates, and system collaboration. This year’s agenda includes a high-level overview of California’s trauma system status, recent data trends, and upcoming regulatory changes. Attendees will hear a focused presentation on pediatric trauma readiness and timely access to care for injured children, as well as engage in a panel exploring the evolving role of prehospital blood transfusions, featuring both early adopter experiences and evidence-focused perspectives. Additional sessions will highlight the growing public health challenge of e-bike injuries, the impact of post-mortem CT scans on trauma scoring, and common challenges faced during ACS trauma center verifications. Designed for trauma program managers, EMS leaders, physicians, nurses, and policy stakeholders, the Trauma Summit offers a full day of expert presentations, peer-to-peer learning, and statewide collaboration to strengthen trauma care in California.
