About this Event
Join us for the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana’s 10th Annual Empty Bowls on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Monroe Civic Center, a beloved community tradition that brings people together to fight hunger.
With an all‑inclusive ticket, guests will enjoy tastings from 12+ local restaurants and select a handcrafted bowl to take home as a lasting reminder of the empty bowls that you helped to fill in our community. The event will also feature live music, live painting, a silent auction filled with art and unique gift items, and fun activities for kids, making it an experience the whole family can enjoy.
This year a limited number of special VIP tickets are available that will allow for early entry at 10:30 am for the first choice of bowls and food! You can also pre-order an Empty Bowls Tshirt in the add-ons section.
This event has sold out in advance for six consecutive years, so don’t wait, get your tickets early!
Empty Bowls is about more than a great meal; it’s about making a meaningful impact. Every $10 raised helps the Food Bank provide around 30 meals to neighbors facing hunger right here in Northeast Louisiana.
Mark your calendar, invite your friends and family, and join us as we share a meal, celebrate community, and take another step toward a hunger‑free Northeast Louisiana.
