This gathering of Women is an invitation for you to step into your POWER.
To embody what it feels like to walk tall, speak confidently and to not shrink yourself.
To step out of inherited stories of pleasing, of diluting yourself, of making yourself palatable to others.
This work is to be practised, felt, embodied. It cannot be studied from a book.
The practices shared in this workshop are ones I have embodied and forged through my own lived experience and initiation as a Woman reclaiming Herself, rooted in Yoga, Matriarchal and Women led lineages.
This is work that:
* Restores intuition as Authority - not something to doubt.
* Breaks patterns of people pleasing, over-giving and self erasure.
* Awakens a voice that no longer asks for permission.
* Reconnects Women to POWER that is grounded and untameable.
This is not about Empowerment as a concept, this is Power that is felt in the bones.
Come if you are ready to:
* Stop making yourself smaller to be loved, accepted and palatable.
* Take up space without apology.
* Stand in your truth even when it feels uncomfortable.
This work is not about becoming 'better'. It is about becoming truer.
