Women take on the majority of the office 'housework'. These non-promotable tasks are a handbrake on our careers, leading to missed opportunities and burnout. In this interactive workshop, you'll draw from your own experiences and practice different ways to say 'no' professionally to protect your time for more strategic work. This workshop offers a taste of Powrsuit's transformative approach to leadership development - focusing on tangible actions and step-by-step progress. The workshop is open to women at every career level - after all, leadership is not a job title, it's a state of being. You'll leave with small, tangible actions that you can immediately apply to your own career.
Natalie Ferguson Co-founder, Powrsuit
Nat caught the entrepreneurial bug at university, and at 19, she embarked on her first venture. Twenty years on, Nat has experienced multiple successful exits, a few painful failures, and everything in between. Before it was acquired in 2021, she grew her last startup, Hatch, into a thriving investing platform with nearly 200,000 customers. Now, she’s closing the gender leadership gap with Powrsuit, a membership network for women leaders.
Kristen
From a family of entrepreneurs, Kristen is attracted to challenging the status quo. Her startup journey in New Zealand started with Wipster, a video SaaS solution. Until 2021, she was the co-founder and CEO of Hatch, an investment app. More recently, she is one half of the dynamic duo behind Powrsuit - a membership network for women leaders. When she does have spare time, it's spent with her family on the sidelines or a surfboard.
