We are very happy to announce that on 2nd April our presentation will be from Sue Cook
Sue is the founder of Brainbuzzz and the creator of Decision State Intelligence (DSI), a practical framework that helps business owners and individuals make better decisions by understanding the internal states and drivers influencing their thinking and behaviour. Her work focuses on translating the body’s signals into clear, usable insight—bridging the gap between instinct, behaviour, and outcome.
She is also the creator of Recovery in Motion, a pioneering approach that explores how the nervous system communicates safety, risk, and pattern recognition—particularly in decision-making and relationships. This work underpins her broader mission to build nervous system literacy as a practical, teachable skill.
