Join us in these experiential workshops to uplift your soul. Find your path to wholeness. Connect with a community of like minded spiritual seekers and engage in practices that advance your soul's evolution.
Each class includes gentle somatic movements, energetic meditation, breathwork, as well as sacred geometry, sound and light activations.
These practices are designed to raise your energetic vibrations. They help you to access your internal resources and awaken your spiritual potential and gifts.
You can join for the whole series or take them individually depending on your interest and schedule.
*Please Note: The movement practices in these series are done lying down so bring a YOGA MAT or something similar and wear comfortable, layered clothing. Also bring along a notebook if you wish to record your insights and self reflections. There are blankets available but feel free to bring your own if you need one.
9/6 -Build strength and stabilize your energetic foundation. Dissolve frozen parts of yourself that prevent you from being in the flow.
9/13- Achieve a state of balance and open space for more vitality and growth to enter.
9/20- Develop healthy boundaries and release old layers of expectations lodged in your energy field.
9/27- Practice discernment and make choices that help you ignite your courage and reclaim your power.
