Empowerment Self Defense Level 2

Empowerment Self Defense Level 2 will be a continuation of Level 1, in the same safe and supportive environment. We will answer any lingering questions from the first class, review what we learned, and then move on to new material. Skills will include defense against rear attacks, hair grabs, choke holds, and attacks that start on a bed or floor.

Attendance in the first Empowerment Self Defense class, a private lesson, or instructor approval is required before attending this class. If you have taken an ESD class before, message Dez at 970-443-5008 before signing up.
