About this Event

A full-day professional development workshop for working women

Navigating the workplace can be challenging—especially when you’re expected to lead, perform, and advocate for yourself at the same time. Empowerment in the Workplace is designed to help professional women strengthen their confidence, amplify their voices, and increase their impact at work.

This interactive, full-day workshop is a space for women who are currently working to reflect on real experiences, share challenges, and learn strategies they can apply immediately. This workshop requires a $15 registration fee, which is fully refundable after you attend the event or if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event.

What You’ll Gain

Through hands-on activities, group discussions, and real-world examples, this workshop will cover topics such as:

  • Establishing professional presence and projecting confidence
  • Building a network of supporters
  • Overcoming imposter syndrome
  • Being heard in group settings
  • Saying no / setting workplace boundaries
  • Negotiating to get what you want
  • Hearing from women who have overcome challenges and built successful careers
  • Navigating male-dominated working environments
