We will do a 2-3 mile moderate hike, followed by an hour workshop by a local facilitator!
About this Event

Join TBB Denver for an empowering morning of nature + self growth! We will meet for a 2-3 mile hike, followed by a workshop from a local coach/practitioner/healer.

What to expect:

8:45am- Meet at location for our hike! We will be starting ON TIME

9am-11am-Hike about 3 miles *AGAIN, START TIME IS SHARPLY AT 8:15AM

*Drive to nearby park*

11:15am-12pm-Workshop or session by local facilitator (think breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound bath, wellness and MORE)

*Hike will be about 3 miles, moderate difficulty, and will be announced two weeks prior to the event*
