Women's aerial yoga class

Join Life's 2 Short Fitness and PranaTonic for a one hour Aerial yoga class!
This special class will give you the foundations of the practice to ease you into and out of the poses with confidence. Enhance your strength, stability and focus connecting movement and breath. Find joy, bringing out your inner child with this playful and supportive practice. The hammock is used as a prop to allow a deeper experience.

This one hour class includes a digial photo album.
