Empowerment, Dating, and Intimacy: Living and Loving with Purpose
Join The DIVA Foundation for a free, interactive workshop designed for women who want accurate information, open conversation, and supportive community around relationships, intimacy, and sexual health.

This empowering experience creates a safe, stigma-free space to explore dating, romance, pleasure, prevention, and treatment education, guided by two licensed psychologists using trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches.

? What You’ll Learn
• Dating and relationships with confidence
• Intimacy, pleasure, and emotional connection
• HIV prevention and treatment education
(including U=U, PrEP, and safer-sex strategies)
• Communication, consent, and stigma reduction
While building supportive community and self-advocacy

?️ Workshop Details
• 3-hour interactive workshop
• Facilitated by licensed psychologists Dr. Erica Holmes and Dr. Nyiema Carter-Eme
• Includes discussion and experiential activities
• Lunch will be provided
• Free to attend | Registration required
