Therese Gopaul-Robinson: The Powerhouse Transforming Leadership Through Confidence
For over 20 years, Therese Gopaul-Robinson worked in healthcare, where she identified a critical issue holding leaders back: a lack of self-confidence. This led to hesitation in decision-making, avoiding tough conversations, and withholding ideas. The result wasn’t just personal—it was organizational, stalling teams and hurting productivity.
Now, as a leading expert in imposter syndrome, tiara syndrome, and queen bee syndrome, as well as a globally sought-after professional speaker and consultant, Therese helps leaders turn self-doubt into strength. Her mission is to equip professionals with strategies to transform hesitation into confident decisions and insecurity into courageous leadership.

Emsée Dorf: Nutcracker Queen and Multi Million-Dollar CEO
Esmée Dorf is the CEO of Asheville-based Nutcracker Ballet Gifts. Discovering her love for ballet at the age of 10, Esmée performed her first role as a little mouse in The Nutcracker at 11. This early experience ignited a deep passion for ballet, leading her to perform in The Nutcracker for the next eight years. Recognizing a gap in the market for ballet-themed gifts, her father, Eddie, founded Nutcracker Ballet Gifts.
Esmée joined the company in 2008 and now leads the brand, transforming Nutcracker Ballet Gifts from a small family business into a leading Direct To Consumer e-commerce store and a prominent Business to Business wholesaler generating millions in revenue annually.
Under her leadership, the company has expanded its product offerings to include bestsellers like the Pride Nutcracker and an African American Nutcracker Line, inspired by client Debbie Allen’s Hot Chocolate Nutcracker.
