Live One Life Coaching is honoured to offer our Fall ‘Go Inward to Grow’ inspired EmPOWERment & Yoga Wellness Retreat 🪶October 5-6, 2024 Saturday 9-9pm hosted for the first time at Fort Garry Hotel and Sunday 1130-1230pm at The Forks in Winnipeg, MB
Offering a variety of Yoga styles, EmPOWERment Wellness Coaching, and Alternative Holistic Therapies that will surround our event as we commit to Self-Discovery and EmPOWERment of Self in the beautiful balance of both, Warrior & Goddess within ☯️
This retreat is appropriate to ALL Levels, those new to a Yoga practice or those diving deeper into one. This event is for women at any age who are looking to submerge themselves into a weekend of Self Discovery, Guided Movement, Holistic Therapies, and Community Connection. Note: That we will be smudging with herbs and diffusing essential oils, so if scent sensitive this sadly may not be a great fit for you.

Includes : Full Creative Workshop Events including customizing your own essential oil EmPOWERment blend to bottle and take home. Specialized Yoga Practice, Sound Therpay and EmPOWERment Coaching. Drinking Water and Warm Beverages, as well as catered Lunch on Saturday. Warrior Goddess Tote Bag with holistic products to enjoy.

Full Retreat Schedule;
830-9am Doors Open with Coffee & Tea Served9-10am Opening Ceremony & Welcome to the Mat ✨Including Group Introduction, Cord Cutting and Coming Home to Yourself Guided Mediation.
11-12pm Heart Opening Yoga Practice with Breath and Sound Therapy💓Joy & Luv Aromatherapy diffused throughout.
12-130pm Catered Lunch with private group seating. Meat or Vegetarian options will be Available
130-230pm Power Yoga Flow offering a step into your Warrior with Courage & Honour Intention 👑 Practice will be suitable for All Levels of comfort with a variety of variations for a safe & EmPOWERing practice.
230-3pm Capture your Personal EmPOWERment, essential oil workshop where you will each be gifted a base intention spray made with moon water marinated in tourmaline and black obsidian stones. You will be guided in mixing your own key scent to bottle and bring home with you to enjoy .
3-4pm Break/Check In if staying at the hotel.
4-5pm Self-Mastery Journalling, offering a unique guided mediation combined with Life Coaching that allows self exploration. This session offers safe space to discover more of who you believe yourself to be, supporting you to recognize and detach from tendencies that no longer serve. Finishing in a guided mediation to help lovingly align your thoughts and intentions with your most authentic Self.
515-7pm Dinner Break to go reflect independently or socialize freely as you wish
7-830pm Deep Restorative Yoga as a 90min Zen Recovery Yoga practice including deep tissue stretch with passive gentle poses 🪷Yoga blocks and a strap are suggested for this practice. Aromatherapy diffused through with Peace & Calming Intention.
830-9pm Sound Bath and closing Mediation to end the day.
Sunday, October 6th1130-1230pm Optional Closing Ceremony meeting at the Forks where we will gather in Unity for a finale Grounding Yoga Practice outdoor on Mother Earth 🍂 Bring your Yoga mat & a throw blanket
The area that we will meet at the Forks will be shared with the group at the end of the day on Saturday. We realize that not everyone will be staying the night at the hotel, and are offering this closing ceremony as a bonus to those who would like to join us. But no pressure if you will be heading home and unable to return on the Sunday 🤍
For room accommodations, that are optional, costs are separate and a block of rooms is being held until September 5th under our Group rate.
