In honor of International Women’s Day, join us at NIO House Amsterdam for a special Empowering Yoga session dedicated to strength, resilience, and embodied confidence. This class weaves together grounding movement, conscious breath, and intention setting to help you reconnect with your inner power. Together, we create a space to reflect, recharge, and rise — celebrating the strength of women in community.

Advise participants: open to all levels. Wear comfortable clothing and if you wish, bring a journal for a reflection at end.

Facilitated by Marian Dang - Facilitator in somatic movement, embodied yoga, tribal sounds, voice activation and personal leadership. Marian brings her global facilitation experience back to Holland, combining ancient wisdom with modern wellness to enable wellbeing from the inside out.
