The powerful and transformative Voice practices will be held within the context of ritual, meditation and profound nature connection - including a healing cacao ceremony. All these practices have a positive effect on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual senses and are also great stress-relieving energizers!!
There will also be time and space to rest, journal, to be in nature in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work.
All of this will be taught in a held safely facilitated space by Bryony from Heartsong Healing. Bryony has been working with the Voice and Energy in a dedicated conscious way for 27 years, after these practices helped her heal from chronic fatigue syndrome in the 1990s.

This retreat will be held at the quality, ensuite accommodation of Hebden Bridge Hostel, nestled in a peaceful woodland setting, just a ten-minute walk above the vibrant town. 17 minutes walk from the train station. The Hostel is surrounded by nature and steeped in local heritage, with scenic moors, hills, and rivers.
There is an onsite chef and all the food is produced on site. All dietary needs are catered for. Organic Cacao is provided.
This Retreat is open to all women.
