About this Event
Stop romanticizing the burnout.
In 2026, the "rise and grind" culture has officially been replaced by Human Agility. If you’re a millennial entrepreneur or a budding founder, you know that working 80-hour weeks isn't a badge of honor, instead, it's a sign that your systems aren’t working for you.
The digital economy moves fast, and traditional business strategies are becoming relics of the past. To survive and thrive, you need more than just a laptop and a dream; you need the "Human DNA" of business success. Join us for a high-impact fireside chat, "Human Agility in the Digital Age," where we dismantle the manual hustle and introduce you to the era of leverage.
What we’re diving into:
- The Gen Z Bridge: Are your years of experience becoming invisible? Jesmin Tan helps you stop being "ghosted" by a digital-first market. Learn to translate your expertise into the transparency and value-alignment that today’s power-spending demographic demands.
- The Human Moat: In a world of AI-generated everything, your human connection is your only true competitive advantage. Samantha Leong reveals why most business hurdles are actually "people problems" in disguise and how behavior psychology can build bulletproof client loyalty.
- The AI Force Multiplier: AI isn't here to replace your soul; it’s here to handle the grunt work. Claudia Koh demonstrates how to use AI as your ultimate "intern," allowing a solo founder to perform the tasks of a 5-person team from ideation to automation.
Hosted by learning strategist Ang Woon Jiun, this isn't just another networking event. It’s a masterclass in scaling smarter. Whether you are a solopreneur or a new founder, come discover how to reclaim your time, amplify your impact, and lead with agility.
Your time is your most valuable asset. Spend it here.
