About this Event

Taking inspiration from local community initiatives and latest thinking in service delivery, this event will help CSP members explore the many ways in which the physiotherapy workforce can be best placed for the future demands of population health.

This event is aimed at anyone interested in the key themes within the profession, including: person centred-care, co-production, QI, rehabilitation, new technologies, health innovation and health inequalities. It will be an opportunity develop both professionally and personally

Woven through-out will be the important topic of diversity and lived experience both in the workforce and in our local communities and what we can learn from these powerful stories.

The CSP’s CEO John Cowman will be our keynote speaker and there will be networking opportunities as part of the programme. The day will also feature a dedicated workshop by Catherine May, specialist QI coach and physiotherapist. Catherine will deliver a workshop on physiological safety within improvement & leadership improvement behaviours, with practical application.
Delegates also have the opportunity to bring live service improvement projects to the event to help with developing their projects through networking, advice and guidance. Information on this can be provided in advance at event registration.

This event is open to all CSP Members in the West Midlands (Full, Associate, Student, Retired) in all types of employment. This is an inclusive event for everyone including students, non-registered and registered staff, and leaders and managers.
