A 15+ event focused on sanjh (community), EmpowerHER creates a safe and supportive space for addressing important and often difficult conversations within our community, including mental health, gendered violence, gendered double standards and intergenerational cycles. Through a panel of inspiring Panjabi women, this event aims to raise awareness, share resources, and strengthen understanding of available support systems to help shape a better future for our community.
