About this Event
Imagine if your coaching session and yoga practice had a baby... welcome to Empowered Yin! This experience is a permissive space for you to meet yourself beyond the asana. While being guided in the practice, you'll also be offered reflection prompts to dive deeper into personal desires, blockages, and needs in order to lead a more authentic and empowered life.
This paired with breath work, guided visualization and somatic expression creates a holistic experience that can lead to radical break throughs or simply a deep unwinding from the outside world.
Whether you're moving through a specific challenge, are an artist in need of creative inspiration, or are just here to let some sh** go... this practice is customizable to you and inclusive to all walks of life.
The workshop will utilize both a dynamic soundtrack as well as live sounds of harmonium. The class will be 90 minutes followed by an optional integration in the outdoor courtyard.
Come prepared with a journal and pen!

With a decade of yoga experience and over 500 hours of training, Alyssa is immensely grateful to share yoga globally. While most frequently found at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali where she teaches daily classes and leads teacher trainings, Alyssa has also offered workshops and events throughout the US and Europe. Pairing her background in the arts with modern mindfulness techniques, her classes are designed to support others in connecting to their unique power, presence, and purpose. Through her personal navigation of both life's most challenging and gratifying moments, her practice has anchored her to the home within... one she is passionate about helping others find within themselves and among likeminded community.
