Info: Guided creative journaling experience that may include gentle breathing, short moments of reflection, and optional sharing for those who feel comfortable. Educators will leave with a greater sense of awareness, emotional release, and simple writing practices they can return to anytime throughout the school year

Info: Mat pilates invites educators to reconnect with their bodies through gentle, intentional movement designed to release tension and restore energy.

No prior experience is needed, and all activities can be adapted for different comfort levels. Throughout the session, participants will be encouraged to move at their own pace while focusing on breath, alignment, and ease.
