Empowered Beginnings is a free, 8-week in-person program designed to uplift and support new and expecting parents—especially those with babies aged 0–1. Whether you’re a mom, dad, or caregiver, this experience is your space to grow in confidence, connect with others, and thrive during your parenting journey.
🧸 What You’ll Experience Each Month:
- Parenting Workshops – Practical guidance from doulas and guest experts
- Maternal & Mental Health Support – Focused on wellness and emotional balance
- Business & Financial Literacy – Learn to budget, manage time, and start a business from home
- Community Events – Connect, share, and celebrate with other families
- Onsite Childcare, Meals & Free Gifts – Journals, diapers, and more provided!
