Join us for a morning of gentle yoga followed by a keynote exploring the importance of sleep, circadian rhythms, and human connection—and how they shape our overall well-being.
We’re kicking off the series with Seattle-based author and science journalist Lynne Peeples, author of

This experience is open to all levels and welcomes anyone curious about improving sleep, restoring balance, and connecting more deeply with themselves and their community.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Check-in at 9:30am.
Lynne Peeples is an author, speaker, statistician, and journalist covering science, health, and the environment. Her writing has appeared in The Guardian, The Los Angeles Times, TIME, Scientific American, Nature, The Atlantic, and other publications. Peeples herself has appeared on various podcasts, as well as local, national, and international television and radio including MSNBC, NPR’s Fresh Air, BBC News, CBC Radio One, and ABC Radio Australia. Before becoming a journalist, she crunched numbers as a biostatistician for HIV clinical trials and environmental health studies. Peeples is a recipient of an MIT Knight Science Journalism fellowship and an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation book grant. She also holds master’s degrees in biostatistics from the Harvard School of Public Health and in science journalism from New York University. She lives in Seattle.
