UoN Empower Week: Glow in the Dark Spin Class
Location: David Ross Sports Village, Spin Studio (1st Floor)
Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people.
On the 2nd of March, try spin in a fun, welcoming environment with our lovely spin instructor Emily! Welcoming all abilities, complete beginners are encouraged!
As a thank you for coming to an Empower event, you'll receive a FREE Empower Tote Bag for attending 1 event, and a FREE Empower T-shirt for attending 3 events.
