Led by dance fitness instructor Jennifer, Empower Hour is all about combining fitness and fun! It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.Empower Hour is a free class open to all ages and abilities. Classes are held in front of the stage at POPS. $10 donations are suggested.
